Kim Borysewicz
President / Treasurer
Kim Borysewicz is a St. Rose graduate with a bachelor's degree in Accounting. After graduating, she began her career in the Accounting Department at KeyCorp Management. She left this position to be a stay-at-home mom. She then began doing bookkeeping and tax work as a subcontractor for different CPA's once her children started school. In 2010, she seized the opportunity to purchase a tax practice and continues to build this business today. Kim also serves as the President/Treasurer for Yes We Can Sir. She was invited to be involved with this organization by the founder, Michelle, who was not only her neighbor but a dear friend as well. Kim was amazed and proud of her friend's courage to want to help others as Michelle was suffering from the effects of cancer herself. Kim's goal is to continue Michelle's mission and make this not-for-profit organization everything her friend wanted it to be.

Melanie Schraa
Volunteer Coordinator
Melanie obtained her Bachelors degree in Social Work at Colorado State University. She was hired to be the Volunteer Coordinator for The Harmony House, a program of CASA, Inc in Colorado Upon relocating to New York, she worked with at-risk youth and their families in the Capital Region for 7 years. Currently she is owner/proprietor of a housecleaning business. A career change she decided to endure in order to be home more with her children. A long time friend of Michelle Gordon, founder of YWCS, she often spoke with her in regards to her gratitude for all of the support she received from family and friends during her battle with colon cancer and wondered with a heavy heart what "all of the people with cancer that don't have this kind of support do" Michelle's empathy for those who are faced with a caner diagnosis with little support has been an inspiration to Melanie and has led her to become a part of our organization.
